Rental of audio-visual can be arranged at rental cost.

A number of classrooms and spaces are available for daily rental. Please refer to the Rentable Spaces on our website.

A deposit of 15% of the estimated total bill is required to hold a reservation. This amount is applied to the total charges. A guarantee of attendance is required 10 days prior to function date.

  • The deposit is 100% refundable (minus a $25 administration fee) if a written cancellation is received within 10 days of our receipt of the Deposit.
  • The deposit is 50% refundable if a written cancellation is received between 11 and 30 days after receipt of the deposit.  
  • There is no refund after 30 days from receipt of the deposit .

Groups will be billed for a minimum of 90% of their original reservation request.

Normally, one invoice for total expenses will be sent after the conference.
Visa, MasterCard, Cash, or Company Cheque are acceptable.

GST Camrose DMF and Provincial Tourism Levy will be added where applicable.
