Sustainability and Prevention Activism Movement
Hello, and welcome to the Sustainability and Prevention Activism Movement (S.P.A.M) homepage!
Our mission on campus is to raise awareness of environmental issues on the Augustana Campus. We want to provide accessible and easy ways to become more ecologically friendly, and to help simplify the lives of students by promoting an anti-consumer and pro-environmental ideology. We want to help provide creative alternatives to senseless consumption and consumerism, and demonstrate how to live life defined not by what we have, but by how we treat the world around us.

A deep comprehension of ecology is reverence in action, is a deep identification with the beauty of life pulsating through the universe until we become part of it. This understanding becomes empathy.
