Programs

Augustana offers three degree programs in economics: 

  • B.A. in Economics:
    A four-year program requiring at least 42 disciplinary credits. The program prepares students for careers in economics and business, and is the normal undergraduate preparation for graduate training in economics.
     
  • B. Management in Business Economics:
    A four-year professional program requiring 66 disciplinary credits. The program combines a general management education with a strong foundation in economics. The program prepares students for careers in management, business economics, financial services, and business consulting.
  • A minor in Economics is also available.
